Michelle Lavergne, founder of BodyWorks Geneva, has a simple philosophy: she believes that we are all able to overcome our personal fitness and health obstacles through a firm approach to exercise and healthy eating. Her personalized approach can help reduce unhealthy levels of stress, improve daily moods and improve confidence levels. Clients have benefited from her dedicated no-nonsense attitude to training and overall wellness. ‘I’m a firm believer that any transformation begins in the mind, and then manifests itself in every other area of life. ‘Although your primary aim may be to lose weight, I hope your ultimate goal involves a much larger vision.' A former rugby player and all around sports and fitness enthusiast, Michelle has been highly involved in sport and fitness for over 20 years. She believes that inspiring and motivating people, through her unique approach to training, is an excellent way of sharing her belief that exercise and a balanced diet promote a stronger, fitter, and healthier lifestyle. Originally from Canada, Michelle has resided in Switzerland since 1998. She's married and has two children. Qualifications: IKFF Level 1 Kettlebell Trainer (2013) Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (2012) FISAF Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Performance Trainer (2009). Michelle completes at least one certification course per year in order to keep up-to-date on current health and fitness trends.
