I am highly motivated and do a lot of sports but I still felt I could improve my strength, get more toned, and improve my performance on the track and on the bike through doing weights. When I first came to see Michelle I had no energy or time to start a new program. I felt depressed every time I saw myself in the mirror because I couldn’t get rid of the extra weight.
