I am highly motivated and do a lot of sports but I still felt I could improve my strength, get more toned, and improve my performance on the track and on the bike through doing weights. Problem was I hated gym. Michelle helped me realize that by being strategic and knowing how to use the machines properly to get the most out of them, I could just spend minutes in the gym and get the gains I was after. Now the gym is part of my regular routine and I would never skip it because Michelle showed me what it could do for me. Michelle took all the fuss out of the gym and showed me that it is just another tool to help me reach my goals. Michelle is tough and no nonsense. I needed someone to test my limits and push back. Thanks to Michelle I made significant improvements in my strength and am building lean muscle mass in places that before I could only dream of!!!
